I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. Sean, the salesman was personable and upfront about everything. Terry, the sales manager was willing to work completely within my budget to put the sale through, and Curt the finance guy (whom I've worked with in the past on all of our cars) just laughed (in a good way) as I bought yet another Subie from them. All great folks that made it easy to be in and out of the dealership in about two hours. Keep up the good work guys. More

On-site experience was much better than online experience. It took me over a month to decide what vehicle was right for me and my family. We started at the lot where Kevin (Big Bird) was very helpful but not pushy. I hate aggressive/pushy sales people and I get a lot of that at dealerships. But here everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful (except the actual receptionists who were efficient but not always warm/friendly). In addition to 3 visits to the lot, where I test-drove 2+ vehicles each time, I did a lot of online shopping. The information available online is great. Really great. At some point I must have made an inquiry online and got connected with a online sales rep. The rep was pushy, sent emails making me feel like I owed him a response to his unsolicited email ("asking kindly for a response" and "I'm having a difficult time connecting with you") He sent me 6 unsolicited emails before I responded that I was working with someone at the lot and then he got a little huffy with "well how long have you been working with him". Like I was cheating on him. I had never contacted the online rep with questions and really felt uncomfortable with the way he treated me. But as soon as I told him someone else was helping me, he left me alone. Back to my experience at the lot, everyone was great, the facility was clean and inviting. Kevin was very patient with my taking 6+ weeks to make a decision. He kept in touch, but never in a pushy way. And I now have a brand new Forrester. Yay! :) And Curt in Finance was Awesome too. They both seemed to really like working here and that makes the experience soooo much better. More

If he had agreed to my fee for my autographs it would have been even better! Just kidding. One area of suggested improvement that could have safety implications.. the car had all 4 tires inflated to only about 20 lbs vs 35 lbs recommended. On the door panel it lists the recommended pressure as 240kPa 35psi... Its possible the person was trying to inflate to 24 psi. Just something to keep in mind during training. More

I decided that I wanted an Impreza in Phoenix and I was a bit nervous about the Phoenix dealer it was at due to some reviews on here. They were able to ship the car I wanted down the next day. They made sure I knew what I was buying and asked if I was sure about the car I selected and if I wanted to save some money buy doing any cheaper options. I was surprised that a car dealer could be like this. If you're looking to buy a new car, even if you live in the Phoenix area, I highly recommend buying through Tucson Subaru. More

I visited the dealership several times, looked at several cars, test-drove a few, and finally decided on a Certified Pre-Owned Legacy. There is rarely a single automobile that is perfect for every need, however I have confidence that the Legacy will fit my needs - and it has top safety ratings. My previous dealership experience had left a long-lasting negative impression (although a premium brand, it reeked of all the negative implications that are associated with the auto sales process of the 1970s..."would you like undercoating with that?"). The purchase of this Subaru was the opposite of that; Tucson Subaru was professional, courteous and, most definitely, not complicated or rushed. More
