I was not looking forward to buying a car after mine was totaled in an accident, but Kevin G and Trent were amazing to work with. I found the vehicle online while I was on vacation. I sent an email inquiry and Kevin G took care of price negotiation and held the car for me until I returned to Arizona. When I went to pick it up, the process was very relaxed and easy. Kevin even did an extra wipe down of the leather seats himself and made sure the car had covered parking. The finance manager saved me 3.25% over my credit union rate! The car was everything I expected from the pictures and conversations Kevin and I had on the phone. I am super happy with my purchase and so glad that I drove to Tucson to buy it. I'm not sure this kind of dealership still exists in the Phoenix metro area - go to Tucson, Talk to Kevin or Trent - you won't regret it! More

He took time to show me how everything worked in the car and was professional throughout the process. He made things happen quickly and efficiently. Bob Wilson was our sales person and he was delightful to work with. He gave us a very fair deal, answered all of our questions, and could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Both cars had to be ordered and he was excellent at keeping us informed regarding arrival dates and anything we might need to know. Curt McHenry took care of me in finance and it, too, was an easy, organized experience. Curt went over all of the paperwork thoroughly and took care of everything really well. No hard sells on anything, and all terms were explained to our satisfaction Everything went very smoothly with the delivery of both cars. I would highly recommend Bob, Curt and this dealership. More

I also trust my cars to Dan Ford in their service department. As long as this dealership continues to provide the excellent service they have in the past, I will continue to deal exclusively with them.
