I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. After being to several other local dealerships, over a few week period, i was becoming stressed by salesman psych tactics and general BS... I encountered none of that at Tucson Subaru Good Folks, that want to help w/ out pressuring the buyer, into anything. I even left to have "me time" and was not pressured about it, like I was everywhere else..... they know they offer good products and services, so that don't need to play psych games or put pressure on the potential buyer. Im happy, i got a vehicle im happy with....buying an auto should not be stressful and one should not be coerced into buying something that one doesn't really want, all of the other dealers, didn't "get that" or LISTEN to me, like the folks at subaru did. Best Buying Experience Ever I always expect the car buying process to be a major hassle as well as time consuming -- I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case at Tucs I always expect the car buying process to be a major hassle as well as time consuming -- I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case at Tucson Subaru. I would have to say it was the best car buying experience of the many auto purchases I've made in my life. My wife and I purchased a 2015 Forester on 7/29/2015, and we walked out the door feeling like we wanted to come back and buy another Subaru. I suspect when I am replacing our other car, Tucson Subaru will be our first stop. In looking for a small SUV, we did a lot of research and visited several dealers in a process that took a couple of months. Steve Willis, our Sales Consultant, was very informative and attentive without being pushy -- which we appreciated greatly. Curt McHenry also was very thorough and knowledgeable in helping us through the financial phase of the purchase. Most car dealers promote their customer focus, but Tucson Subaru really does deliver on that promise to make it a good experience for the customer. More

In May 2013 I met Rudy Borneo and John Petersavage while purchasing my first new Subaru. Fair and open dealing, fantastic communication throughout the purchasing experience ... followed by my next new car purchase at Tucson Subaru in December 2013 ... the same, honest, transparent approach to business. Quite refreshing to say the least. A service department next to none. Fast forward to August 2015 ... my THIRD new Subaru ... here again, Rudy Borneo and John Petersavage have exceeded my expectations. I cannot stress how well Rudy and John and their colleagues at Tucson Subaru (such as Curt and Dan Ford) represent the Tucson Subaru franchise and the Subaru brand. So far, so good, I was treated kindly and all of my questions were answered. I got the car I wanted although I spent a little more than I planned to. On Saturday, 27 June 2015, my wife and I visited the Subaru dealership in Tucson, and were introduced to Kevin Woessner, who assisted us in our search On Saturday, 27 June 2015, my wife and I visited the Subaru dealership in Tucson, and were introduced to Kevin Woessner, who assisted us in our search for vehicle information and what models were available for us to test drive. Kevin is a very knowledgeable sales representative who knew so much about the Subaru models and what might fit our individual needs. We test drove several models and discovered that the Outback model would best suit our needs, and provide the comforts and features we were looking for. We have owned several Toyota models over the past 12 years, and were very pleased with what Subaru offered us in the Outback model. We returned to the Tucson Subaru dealership the following Monday, the 29th, and finalized the purchase of the 2015 Outback with Kevin's assistance. For us this was an excellent buying experience. Without question, we would recommend Kevin to anyone who may be looking to purchase a new vehicle. We have already had the opportunity to recommend one of our friends, and within days of our purchase of a new Outback, she purchased a 2015 Forester with the assistance provided by Kevin. In addition, our 24-year old granddaughter who lives and works in the metro area east of Phoenix, purchased her first new car, a 2015 Forester, from her local Subaru dealer in the Gilbert/Chandler area. Big decision made easy A couple of weeks ago my beloved 2002 Subaru Outback needed some expensive work which, at 200,000 miles I wasn't sure I wanted to invest. I called se A couple of weeks ago my beloved 2002 Subaru Outback needed some expensive work which, at 200,000 miles I wasn't sure I wanted to invest. I called several dealerships in New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona. Currently I live in New Mexico but soon will move to Colorado and thought it would be best to buy close to where I would be living. After several phone conversations I spoke to a salesman at Tucson Subaru who, unlike the salesmen I spoke with in other locations, seemed grateful for my call and answered all my questions in a sincere and helpful manner. Anything he couldn't answer then he found the answers and called me back. I drove the 3 hours to Tucson where Steve Willis was available at the scheduled time. He was very easy to do business with. We talked about all my concerns and what I was looking for in a car. He walked me through the entire process which took a good part of the day and was always courteous, patient and helpful. Curt McHenry made me feel comfortable with the financial part of the transaction and explained all the details very well. I left with a new Subaru Forester. The entire staff at Tucson Subaru was friendly and helpful. This dealership is something special, I believe. It didn't feel at all like it was about the sale but that I was satisfied with my experience and the car I got. I feel that I can call them with any questions or problems and I will get answers and help. More
