Baron was extremely helpful in explaining and making sure that I understood and was comfortable with the operation of my new Outback. Traci Roberts was also very helpful and timely in getting all the paperwork ready. That in itself can be frustrating but was instead a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend all of them and the dealership in general. More

New Car sale with EASE I recently traded in my Subaru Crosstrek for a 2020 Subaru Forester Limited. At my last service appt Subaru, Baron Clement reached out to me via email I recently traded in my Subaru Crosstrek for a 2020 Subaru Forester Limited. At my last service appt Subaru, Baron Clement reached out to me via email to see if I might be interested in trading in my Crosstrek. I had been pondering getting a larger vehicle with leather seats for quite some time but was hesitant to do so because the process of dealing with the sales dept at car dealerships is anxiety producing to say the least. I have a large therapy dog that I transport frequently and knew he would be more comfortable with increased cargo space and I was tired of constantly trying to remove dog hair from the upholstered seats. After 1 week of thought I replied to Barons email indicating the specifics on what I was interested in buying, how much money I had to spend with the trade in and figured I’d see how he responded. Much to my surprise, he honored exactly what my wishes were and I my husband and I made an appt with Baron on a Thursday(not to buy but to look at vehicles and consider options. I had done my research on the blue book value of my vehicle as well as the going price for used and new Forester Limited’s. I expected the usual nonsense of dickering back and forth that one has to go through when buying a vehicle. I continued to be pleasantly surprised with the no pressure, honest, matter of fact conversations that ensued. I received what I wanted for my trade in and also ended up buying a new 2020 Forester Limited that day in less than 1.5 hr time for a deal I could not refuse. The next day I was back at Subaru to complete the paperwork and pick up the new Forester. My husband and I found Baron to be patience, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, forthright and thorough as well as non-intimidating, non-pushy and generally a good no nonsense car salesman( go figure)! Curt in the finance dept treated me equally well. I am grateful to have had this experience of EASE trading in a used vehicle and buying a new at Tucson Subaru. I will be a Returning client. More

Went in for a service check. Left with a new car. I originally went in to see what needed done on my old Subaru Legacy. Turned out to need a lot more than I'd anticipated. The tech who serviced it s I originally went in to see what needed done on my old Subaru Legacy. Turned out to need a lot more than I'd anticipated. The tech who serviced it suggested looking into getting a newer car and showed me the refurbished used cars Subaru had for sale. I picked the one I liked and the Tech introduced me to Mike, who let me try out the car, and then helped get the paperwork sorted, signed, and filed in as seamless a manner as possible. I've never bought a car before and he made it painless. In the end I was able to drive my new, significantly better, car home that same evening. Thank you very mucy ^.^ More

On my initial visit to Tucson Subaru, I met Mike Henry, who took me on a tour highlighting the three Subaru models I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable on Subaru and their competitors. After that, I went and visited a local Toyota dealership. After considering things for a couple of days, I returned to Tucson Subaru with my wife, but since Mike was with another client, he introduced me to Shauna Williams. She was very patient with my wife and I as we were looking at various models. We had done quite a bit of prior research, but when we arrived at the dealership it was like being in a candy store! We actually got in and drove three cars, finally deciding on a new 2020 Subaru Forester. Shauna gave us a stress-free car buying experience! Then we were introduced to Tracy Roberts who took us through the contract signing and explanation of all the various programs that were available to us. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and flawless our first time Subaru buying experience was thanks to the pros at Tucson Subaru! After all the papetwork was done, Shauna came out and helped us discover many more of the features that our new Subaru Forester has to offer. I am totally impressed with this dealership!! Best car buying experience ever!!! More
