Still room for improvement I started with a salesperson wherein it was his first week on the job and he was inadequately trained, and could not answer many of my questions, He w I started with a salesperson wherein it was his first week on the job and he was inadequately trained, and could not answer many of my questions, He was very personable, and he will be a great salesperson once he gets some experience... anyway I asked him to write down the questions he did not know, and get the answers please. He did not follow up on that and he was confused about the sales process as opposed to being my guide thru it all -- it was starting to become a battle to buy a car from them. So the next day I went back and worked with more experienced salespeople and things got taken care of. I felt they were a bit too hard sell on the extended warranty and regret buying it but my mother was dying at the time and I was just trying to get it done. Later, the salespeople followed up after the sale with some issues, and the service department is top notch, the parts department great, hence still giving them 5 stars. More

Jennifer (finance) took the time just before closing to explain clearly all the purchase options and let me read through the contract. DJ (sales leadership) took the time to check-in with me about my interest in Subaru and affirm a positive client relationship. Tire Warning Light Recently, my tire warning light came on. A week earlier, the same thing happened. When I stopped by the service department at Tucson Subaru the firs Recently, my tire warning light came on. A week earlier, the same thing happened. When I stopped by the service department at Tucson Subaru the first time, I was told I had a nail in one of the tires. I thought I just had an air pressure issue. I didn't have time to wait to get the tire checked out so I drove away. Only a few days later, the tire light came on again. I went back to the service department thinking the original tire with the nail was still causing problems. However, I found out another tire had a screw in it! This time, I had a little more time. Thank goodness for the great service staff. I want to commend London Tobin, Brian Senff, Weston Hoge and Juan Jacob for their outstanding service. Each of these four employees took the time to explain my situation and then repaired the tire. Not only that, they discovered a small oik leak in my engine and repaired that too. Plus, I only waited about half an hour. I couldn't be more impressed with the service team. Thank you very much for your effort. I highly recommend this dealership and especially, those four service techs. Thanks again. Tom Barker More

Refreshingly Professional and Void of Pressure I recently purchased my very first Subaru at Tucson Subaru from Anthony Taorima and couldn't be any more pleased. It was the first time in my life tha I recently purchased my very first Subaru at Tucson Subaru from Anthony Taorima and couldn't be any more pleased. It was the first time in my life that walking into a car dealership wasn't terrifying or stressful. There was never a moment of feeling pressured throughout the entire experience, from beginning to end. In fact, Anthony encouraged me to walk away from the proposal, giving me a few days to consider it, while he and his team worked out the financing details, as well as a way to get me out of a very bad car deal I had made the previous year from a dealer that I now realize was more questionable in their ethics than I had imagined. I had always wanted a Subaru, but until this year (2019), there wasn't a model large enough to seat my entire family of 6. The Ascent came to the rescue. I am blown away with this vehicle's impressive features, safety, design, engineering and handling, as well as how I was treated by the entire staff of Tucson Subaru. In the future, I will only buy Subarus, and only from this dealership. Thanks guys! More
