Gregory Tolman was my salesperson and was great at answering all my questions about the vehicle and setting up a test drive. He was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The process was quick and easy and the dealership gave me a timely and attractive offer. Everyone was a great listener and no one used any high pressure sales tactics - much appreciated. We picked up the vehicle today and Greg did an excellent job explaining all the amazing features of this car. Dallas was also great and speedy with all the necessary paperwork. More

My sales person Kris W was not only friendly but was very responsive and I felt he had my best interests at heart. There was no pressure to purchase, just a real sincere effort to help me find what I was looking for. Ended up with a new Fusion and got a great deal. The owner Pete came and met me before I drove off the lot. Dorsch was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. Great selection and great personable service. Will tell everyone I know to forget all the other dealers just go to Dorsch! Also really liked Dallas in finance despite the name! Go Pack. More

Great Buying Experience I generally don't enjoy buying cars and other large items--I do my research, and I know what I want, and I want a salesperson who understands that and I generally don't enjoy buying cars and other large items--I do my research, and I know what I want, and I want a salesperson who understands that and answers my questions without pushing me to something else. Greg was absolutely fantastic to work with!! Even though my husband was with me, he talked to ME as primary buyer and didn't treat it as my husband's car, he was great with questions and information. When it was time to pick up my car and learn the new features, he was also very patient with me taking the time to play with everything. I didn't feel rushed at all, and left delighted with the entire buying experience. More

Exceeded Expectations I had been searching for a SUV for several weeks when I paid a visit to Dorsch in early October. Chad met me in the lot and began to ask questions to I had been searching for a SUV for several weeks when I paid a visit to Dorsch in early October. Chad met me in the lot and began to ask questions to understand my situation. Prior to this visit I was feeling frustrated with the quality of vehicles I was seeing within my price range. As we began to walk the lot Chad pointed out a very nice Lincoln Navogator with lower than average mileage, but appeared to be above my price range. Before long I was behind the wheel and after bringing my wife to take a look, and a couple more test drives, the only thing keeping me from buying was the price. When Chad finally asked me what it was going to take I was honest about where the price needed to be, and to my surprise he made it happen. Chad worked very hard for my business and didn't waste my time at all. This may be the first vehicle I bought where I drove away feeling like I got a really good deal (value). Dallas was very thorough and efficient in the closing process as well. Great experience overall. More
