My 2017 Chevy Trax kept me so safe after getting tboned, I knew it was my first choice when it came to getting a new car. Joe was so kind and helpful in showing me and my mom different options. He stayed late with us and made sure that day we walked away with a car. We recently moved into the Bayvill This is being written to convey a Very Positive opinion of Lester Glenn Chevrolet and their salesperson Drew Ward. We recently moved into the Bayville/Toms River area. For the first time on Wednesday Oct 16, 2019 we brought our 2012 Chevy Traverse to Lester Glenn Chevrolet to setup a service appointment. We met Drew Ward upon our arrival. While we were waiting my wife Grace and I asked Drew some questions about the 2019 Chevy Traverse, Blazer and Equinox. Drew answered our questions in a timely and professional manner. We said we would be back on Friday Oct 18th to look closer at those three models, but we were leaning toward the 2019 Blazer. When we arrived Friday morning Drew had a Blazer on display and ready for us to take on a test drive. For the amount of questions we asked Drew we would have thought that he would start to get frustrated and mad, but he kept his normal friendly and helpful manner. We planned to take the new car home Tuesday because we had not had a chance to clean out our Chevy Traverse which we would be trading in. We said we needed to take our Traverse home to take out the dozens of items we had piled into the car and to physically wash and clean it up. Drew said, not necessary and he helped us clean out the car and move things into large plastic bags he gave us and moved them into our new car. Drew said do not worry about how dirty car was and in need of cleaning, they would prep the car. While we spoke mostly with Drew during our visit, we spoke with 2-3 other Lester Glenn employees, all of whom were very helpful.
