Jim Allegretti was the MOST rude, unprofessional insulting dealer manager I have EVER encountered!! Not only would he not honor The Family of Friends offer or the 2500. rebate Cadillac was offering insulting dealer manager I have EVER encountered!! Not only would he not honor The Family of Friends offer or the 2500. rebate Cadillac was offering but refuse the online offer. He was ve extremely condescending when speaking to me and treated the salesman in a demeaning manner in front of us! I would NEVER buy a car at this dealership!! Dan Choi, our sales person was very professional & helpful! I'm sorry this poor excuse of a manager ost him a sale. We ended up buying the exact same car at Arnie Bauer Cadillac in Matteson where ALL the rebates were honored, if I could give the less than a star I would!!! More

Jay Bakr was excellent and help me resolve an issue. The rest of the dealership was a disaster area.
