Our Sales consultant for the Ascent, Jeff Miletta, could not have been more pleasant and professional. From introduction to delivery, Jeff answered all of our questions with a commanding knowledge of his product. He was extremely thorough upon delivery, explaining all aspects of our new Ascent’s operations. New cars are pretty complex and Jeff certainly touched all bases. We have always had our Subarus maintained at Liberty and have the same level of confidence in their Service Department. This will continue with our new Ascent. Again, we are loyal customers of Liberty Subaru, and for good reason. In all aspects, we really don’t feel another dealership could do better. More

Went to the dealership looking for a used crosstrek. Jeremy showed me a bunch of them. After looking at a few and test driving 2 of them I was able to figure out which one was for me. He was friendly and professional. While there were very limited supplies of available cars, after listening our wishes/requirements, Nilsson shown us two pre-owned CrossTrek. We test drove neighborhood and like them very much. We purchased both. We appreciated his honest and sincere manner throughout the transaction. 3. Great Purchase Experience - like a family with respect I appreciated clean and polished car upon picked up. Nilsson took time to explain essential feature of the vehicles and clarified all of our questions. My wife and I were impressed how careful and thorough the dealership to send the pre-owned vehicles out to the customers. 4. Overall - amazing purchase experience We left the dealership with joy and amazement from the purchase experience. We did not expect to be treated like king, but we wanted to feel comfortable. After visiting nearly 20 dealerships to find a car we liked we realized that almost every dealer was adding large premiums to the Listed Price because of the shortfall. The only dealership we visited t liked we realized that almost every dealer was adding large premiums to the Listed Price because of the shortfall. The only dealership we visited that was honorable and NOT doing that was Liberty Subaru. Not only did they not add a premium, but since we accidentally saw a discounted price for the care we were buying that was for a repeat customer, they gave us THAT price which was almost $2000 below the listed price! Nothing like dealing with honorable people. I have recommended it to everyone I know looking for a car now. More
