I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Liberty Subaru. Even though my first purchase from Liberty in 2015 was a good experience; I was anxious about purchasing a new car. The Liberty Subaru staff made the purchase a stress-free experience from the time I walked into the showroom to the day I drove away in my new Forester. John Clarke, the salesman who assisted me was very professional and informative. He understood my situation and at no time did I feel pressure from him to make a purchase. John worked with Dan Cohen, the sales manager, to offer me a deal that worked for me. He also worked with business manager Dave Finkel, a very nice young man, who assisted with financing. When Subaru’s financing rate changed Dave worked to find a financing term and rate that worked for my budget. When I returned to pick up my car several days later John was very helpful and most of all, very patient. He took the time to explain the new features in the Forester and assured me I could return to the dealership for assistance when necessary.
