This is my first Subaru and there will be more to come - and only from Liberty Subaru. This was the easiest and most confident car-buying experience in my life (I just turned 60 so there have been quite a few). Pricing was aggressive and completely transparent with no surprises and no pressure. They have a great product, great pricing, great people, so there is no need for gimmicks or games. Liberty is serious about the long-term and wants happy customers who come back. They do that with people - knowledgeable and caring - and they made another happy customer on Monday. So many car dealers do not know their products or regulations and just blurt out nonsense to try to close the deal. Not here. They had solid answers to every question - and I am a question box. As for the product, I've only had it two days but love it. Rides great, has all the features I want/need, is built well and is chock full of standard safety features. I got the base model Impreza and it has more than enough 'good stuff'. I keep my cars a very long time and treat them well. Like I told Chris, the first thing I do is wax every reachable painted surface (inside doors, trunk well, even the rims) and didn't find a single blemish. Subaru really has their game together. When I buy my next Subaru at Liberty I will update you on this Impreza and interactions with Liberty. We've had some heavy rain recently and when I picked up my car, they had detailed it and removed every speck of dirt and water spot. The dealership is also being very responsible during COVID, with all employees and visitors in masks, hand sanitizer everywhere and plastic partitions up between sales desks. My experience at Liberty Subaru was the most pleasant one I've ever had at a car dealership. I wholeheartedly recommend them! More
