Just leased/bought Subaru number 13 from this dealership I have been leasing vehicles from Liberty Subaru since 2001, including sequentially 5 foresters and 2 crosstreks for me, an impreza and two crosstreks I have been leasing vehicles from Liberty Subaru since 2001, including sequentially 5 foresters and 2 crosstreks for me, an impreza and two crosstreks for my son, a used Mazda (which Liberty took back to allow me to buy an impreza for my daughter, and a crosstrek for my daughter. In addition, we do all of our vehicle service at Liberty. I live in Englewood and I drive past two other subaru dealerships to get to Liberty, why, you may ask...because of how simple, low stress, and low pressure the car leasing/buying experience is at Liberty. I have never had an employee give me a hard sell, everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, it is super easy to schedule service, turning my leased car in and picking up a new vehicle (as we have done 11 times) is incredibly simple. Everyone in finance makes the process incredibly pain free, it took me essentially 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and drive out with my new crosstrek, Dave and Tom were incredibly easy to work with.. Finally, Dan has always been incredibly fair and honest. Hopefully the 14th car will be free (just kidding Dan)! More

I initially spoke with Brian Goon over the phone, who was able to help me find a couple of vehicles that met my requirements. Brian had a conflict so Chris Armentano took over and the positive experience continued. Chris was very patient with me and really educated me on Subarus as I have never owned one. I never felt pressured by him and he made me feel like he was truly on my side. Dan Cohen also helped me get the buying process started once I made the decision. They made sure the car was cleaned up nice for me and filled it up before I came to take her home. As much as you'd like to forget the person who takes your money, Tom was great to work with as well. He was very personable and didn't make handing the check over so bad. I can't express how much better the experience here was for me compared to other dealerships. I haven't owned my car for 24 hours yet but am confidant that I am in good hands going forward. I definitely recommend these guys. More

From the very beginning we had full attention of Dan Cohen and John Clarke. We ordered the vehicle to our spec and it arrived, as promised, in 2 weeks. We test drove the car with John. He answered all our questions, so we received a lot of useful explanations for the vehicle complex features. We left our old car, paid for the new one, and drove home in a couple of hours. The prices we got for the new vehicle and the trade in were very competitive. Now we enjoy driving Ascent! More
