Drove 40 miles to get oil change because they were closest roush ford dealer. Got home and saw the receipt said I declined a service. Called and they said part was not in stock so they wrote that I closest roush ford dealer. Got home and saw the receipt said I declined a service. Called and they said part was not in stock so they wrote that I declined it. Asked to order part. Waited 60 days called probably 8 times got 1 return phone call. Just ordered part directly myself and will have someone else install. I did get probably 5 emails and texts making sure I gave them good reviews. Just no help with getting my actual truck serviced. More

When they rotated my tires they over-torqued the lug nuts, spline drive type, massively, unbeknownst to me. When a well known tire shop in the area attempted to remove the wheels to check on an imbala nuts, spline drive type, massively, unbeknownst to me. When a well known tire shop in the area attempted to remove the wheels to check on an imbalance issue one nut broke and another twisted, but did not break. The remainder we left alone. I called Colonial and asked talk to the service manager, Jon Rydings, and was told he wouldn't be in until Monday, so I used the email feature of their website to leave a message. I received a text from Molly who said she would speak to him and that he would get back to me shortly. By the end of the day, I texted Molly to let her know that I had still heard nothing. She reiterated that she had made the team aware and that someone would call me shortly. I never heard anything. Since I've only been a service customer there for 20 years, I guess I'm not even entitled to the common courtesy of a reply. More
