Mr. Dan Ford has been excellent in the Service Department !. I have owned 2 Subaru's , 1995 and 2007. Mr. Ford has taken care of all my questions and service. He has always taken the time to explained what was I have owned 2 Subaru's , 1995 and 2007. Mr. Ford has taken care of all my questions and service. Best Car Buying Experience EVER Thanks To Chris Smith!!! I found out first-hand why Chris Smith and Tucson Subaru have so many great reviews. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was, by far, I found out first-hand why Chris Smith and Tucson Subaru have so many great reviews. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was, by far, the smoothest most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. It was also the best deal I have ever had on a new car. I had researched a lot of other dealers and none of them offered the great deal that Chris Smith and Tucson Subaru offered. And, the trade-in price I was given for my 2012 Buick Lacrosse was very fair. The used car manager, I believe it was Mr. DJ Tramp, was very reasonable with the trade-in offer. The finance aspect of the deal went really smooth thanks to Curt McHenry. He's a real nice guy and he made the paperwork quick and painless. It was also nice to meet Service Advisor Dan Ford, whom I look forward to seeing again in the future. The 2018 Subaru Legacy that I purchased is a really beautiful car and a real pleasure to drive. I looked at the Accord and Camry prior to buying the Legacy. I believe the Legacy is the much nicer car. I'm really surprised that the Subaru Corporation doesn't advertise it more. People are really missing out if the don't check this car out. I love everything about the Legacy! Most of all I would highly recommend giving Chris Smith a chance for your business. You will find he's a great guy, very professional and friendly, and he really knows the business and how to help you find exactly what you want. You will not be disappointed if you deal with Chris Smith. I really appreciated having him as my salesman from start to finish. Also, the Tucson Subaru team members who tinted the windows for me and prepped the car for delivery did a great job too. Being behind the scene they probably don't get much credit, but my new Legacy was shiny and sparkling clean when were done with it! Overall, it was wonderful experience dealing with Tucson Subaru and all their great employees!!! More

Service car maintenance Over filled oil, wasn't taken seriously until i went in and even then i had to convince them to check it. It was overfilled 2-3 quartz. Had called prior but they had no record of me calling in, was promised a call back before I took my car in and I never got one. I had been taking my subaru there for almost a year and a half for maintenance. Sorry not again not after me getting under my car seeing the oil filter dented and clips missing from my oil pan cover. Called to see what they could do and then never got it resolved. Dan was a cool guy kind of helped me out but i would never go back this review is more of the dealership and the hassle i dealt with running around. More

Emergency service while on travel I was on a trip to Tucson and my 2015 Outback had a funny noise coming from the front left. I took my car by Tucson Subaru and they did a quick check I was on a trip to Tucson and my 2015 Outback had a funny noise coming from the front left. I took my car by Tucson Subaru and they did a quick check and determined it was a wheel bearing going out. They could not fix it that day but told me to come back early the next day. I did and they replaced the wheel bearing which was still under warranty and I was on my way. Great Service. More

Trade and Purchase Just traded in my 2017 FXT for a 2018 FXT Touring. The Internet, Finance, and Service team were all top notch and a pleasure to deal with.
