"Miles above any car buying experience I have ever had " I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime and I'm aware of all the inside games and tricks car dealers can play. I have purchased 2 cars from Tuc I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime and I'm aware of all the inside games and tricks car dealers can play. I have purchased 2 cars from Tucson Subaru and serviced 3 other Subarus in their service department. Not even once did I have anything but AAA+ treatment in the service department from Dan Ford and the easiest 2 car purchases I ever had from Gil Warren. I did shop for the cars at the Phoenix Subaru dealers and had no problem getting what I wanted on my trade and the cost of the new cars. Aside from that everyone was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.I couldn't be more pleased! More

Great Salesman & Excellent Experience Buying New Car, A 1st Jack McVey is excellent. The only personality type which I can interact with especially when considering purchasing a vehicle - not my favorite action Jack McVey is excellent. The only personality type which I can interact with especially when considering purchasing a vehicle - not my favorite action to perform. Jack did absolutely everything perfectly - a rare occurrence in any sales interaction. I admit to being an extremely difficult customer and I applaud him for his professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and patience. I would also like to commend the following Service Dept. Personnel for their outstanding performance: Anthony & Dan. In general, although I did not get everyone's names, while waiting for my service, I did listen to the way in which the service personnel interacted with other customers. They were really great. I sincerely suggest that Tucson Subaru employ more people like these. More

Under different circumstances I would have preferred to do internet purchase but CJ did an awesome job in restoring my faith in the car salesman. I got a very fair price, awesome customer care, friendly atmosphere and best of all we left with a smile on our faces. CJ and the rest of the team worked with us and helped make the experience as pleasant and to make sure that even we came in late in the day we were not rushed or pressured. CJ chatted with the kids, got flowers for the wife and gave us tips on our new adventure in Tucson. Left with a car and a friend. More

Excellence in customer service Since my initial interaction with this dealership (with Curt McHenry, as a service advisor) in 2013 with a recently purchased pre-owned 2006 Subaru Tr Since my initial interaction with this dealership (with Curt McHenry, as a service advisor) in 2013 with a recently purchased pre-owned 2006 Subaru Tribeca, I have been completely impressed with Tucson Subaru's consistent approach to excellence in customer service. In May 2013 I met Rudy Borneo and John Petersavage while purchasing my first new Subaru. Fair and open dealing, fantastic communication throughout the purchasing experience ... followed by my next new car purchase at Tucson Subaru in December 2013 ... the same, honest, transparent approach to business. Quite refreshing to say the least. A service department next to none. Fast forward to August 2015 ... my THIRD new Subaru ... here again, Rudy Borneo and John Petersavage have exceeded my expectations. I cannot stress how well Rudy and John and their colleagues at Tucson Subaru (such as Curt and Dan Ford) represent the Tucson Subaru franchise and the Subaru brand. Excellent service I brought my car in to service because rear seatbelts in my vehicle were not properly retracting. Because of this, my children would have a very hard I brought my car in to service because rear seatbelts in my vehicle were not properly retracting. Because of this, my children would have a very hard time buckling up and would have to re-tighten their seatbelts periodically. Dan Ford was the service advisor I worked with. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to quickly have the problem verified and parts ordered. When I returned to have the repair made I was surprised by just how quickly the vehicle was taken back and the repairs completed. The kids are very happy to have seatbelts that work properly, and I am glad that they are as safe as possible now. Dan definitely made the entire process painless and was great to work with. Thanks Dan! More
