We are now enjoying a "new vehicle" without the new vehicle odor. The entire staff, sales finance and service were professional making our purchase a pleasure. I spent less than an hour enjoying coffee and healthy snacks in the waiting area while my new battery was installed. I mentioned having a doctor's appointment that morning (wondering if my car would be ready), and the guys at the desk assured me they'd give me a ride to the doctor if my car wasn't ready. Now that's service! The few times I've had a couple very small issues with the dealership, I've received genuine apologies and all issues were resolved immediately. Hats off to the wonderful staff at Tucson Subaru. More

Great fast Customer Service I live in NM and read on line service reviews for Subaru dealerships. The Tucson Subaru was rated very very high so we drove 380 miles on December I live in NM and read on line service reviews for Subaru dealerships. The Tucson Subaru was rated very very high so we drove 380 miles on December 23. We had traffic road construction and was 30 minutes late for our appointment but they fit us in. Our Service Representative was Mr. Dan Ford. Dan was so prompt, courteous and professional. He asked a few questions since we were new customers, asked for my keys and then escorted us to their beautiful waiting area. The area had free drinks and refreshment/snacks. He said it would be around 30 ,minutes and true to his word, the vehicle was done in 30 minutes. Dan also insured that antifreeze and windshield wiper fluids were added. I was truly impressed and will return to the dealership for additional service. Terry T. More

My Crosstrek Was Totaled :( I loved my 2013 XV Crosstrek, but unfortunately it was rearended and subsequently totaled. The other guys insurance was giving me 3 days to get into a I loved my 2013 XV Crosstrek, but unfortunately it was rearended and subsequently totaled. The other guys insurance was giving me 3 days to get into a new car. Gil, who I bought the original car from, was very patient w/ me, made me aware of what options were out there, and helped narrow my search. Unfortunately, due to limited inventory I had to buy my 2016 XV Crosstrek in CA. I would definately have Gil help me again, when the time arrives. Greg Stewart, Dan Ford and Curt McHenry have been amazing over the past 3 yrs, and 3 other reasons why I'll remain a loyal Subaru customer. More
