Service team is excellent Service team is polite, professional and the work always excellent. During the six years of owning a Volt, they have taken the time to show me and my Service team is polite, professional and the work always excellent. During the six years of owning a Volt, they have taken the time to show me and my son the underside of the vehicle and explain how the car “works”. I appreciate their knowledge and enthusiasm for new technology. Great group to do business with, and competitive pricing. I recently replaced the tires there, after shopping around the area - great deal. More

Awesome Alamawi I really appreciate the sales team at Philips Chevrolet. I drove my 2014 Chevy High Country in for an oil change and tire rotation. While the service I really appreciate the sales team at Philips Chevrolet. I drove my 2014 Chevy High Country in for an oil change and tire rotation. While the service was being performed Rami shared with me how he could buy my 2014 High Country and put me in a 2018 High Country. He stated that all this could happen by the time the service for my 2014 was completed. I agreed and Rami started working his skills. He found me some great rebates and other beneficial incentives. Now I'm rolling a 2018 fully loaded black ice 6.2 liter HIGH COUNTRY. I mean Silverado High Country! The reason to make this clear is because things we're moving so smoothly at Philips Chevy, that I decided to BUY my wife a 2018 Traverse HIGH COUNTRY. I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF IS WAS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH a certain person IN SERVICE. Phillips Chevy should be greatful to have SUPER SALESMAN RAMI!!! More

Who / What can I believe? I purchased a new Chevy Cruze and the protection package A (Auto Care Wrap). I was impressed when I first pulled into the service area. My name appear I purchased a new Chevy Cruze and the protection package A (Auto Care Wrap). I was impressed when I first pulled into the service area. My name appeared on the screen in front of me so I'm thinking this is good. Later (4:30 pm) I was told the car would be ready in one hour. I returned in one hour (5:30) and I waited until 6 pm before I asked about it. No one seemed to know where the car was. Finally Brad comes to me with the key and says lets go get it. We go outside and he tries to toot the horn to find it. He sends a young porter with the key to the other side of the building. I'm waiting and waiting. Then I hear a car engine running and discover my car parked and running all this time. I went back in to Brad and told him I found it running and the gas was 1/4 tank down from when I brought it in earlier. He offered me a $20 gas card and went to get one. Came back empty handed saying they didn't have any. He then said he will have a porter take it across the street to get it filled up. That took 20 minutes. Brad said I didn't need to wait for paperwork that he would email it to me. It is now 4 days later and I am still waiting for the paperwork. I called the service department and they said they would let Brad know. Still waiting. I got a text message from Dan K. thanking me for servicing with them and to reply with any comments or concerns. I did comment my concerns. Again, I am still waiting. First, you can't find the car; then I am the one who finds it and the engine is running; then I am offered a gas card that doesn't exist; it takes 20 minutes to cross the street and fill the tank; I am told I will get paperwork emailed to me. four days later I am still waiting. Where is the integrity and service in all this? More

Rami expertise as our salesperson was top of the line!!!! Rami demonstrated a extremely high level of knowledge on our purchase of a 2016 Traverse. He showed us every vehicle on the lot that met our list of Rami demonstrated a extremely high level of knowledge on our purchase of a 2016 Traverse. He showed us every vehicle on the lot that met our list of must have items before we purchased a new vehicle. He was referred to us by a very good friend, and went above and beyond our expectations. We brought our son with us, who was embarrassed by all the question we were asking. Rami told him it was a important purchase for us , and he wanted us to be completely satisfied and processed to answer every question and concern that we had. We are delighted with our new vehicle, and the outstanding service that we have received from Rami, and Phillips. As a matter of fact last night we attended a orientation class at Phillips with approximately 20 other people. Phillips provided us with dinner, and explained all the do's and don't about our new car purchased. We will be referring all of our family, friends and co-workers to Rami. More

Determined to make it right The chrome trim on my 2013 Chevy Malibu kept falling off. It was clearly just a manufacture defect which the service team at Phillips Chevrolet could The chrome trim on my 2013 Chevy Malibu kept falling off. It was clearly just a manufacture defect which the service team at Phillips Chevrolet could see. Dan Kachinsky personally helped me out through the whole process because it took a couple of different visits to try and get it reattached to the door so it would stay properly because we were unsure what was causing the issue. Finally, this last time Dan just went ahead and ordered all new parts and molding to reattach the trim from scratch, as well as comp my oil change and tire rotation as well. Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier. Kevin Brasky was also a pleasure to deal with as well this last visit. He got me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around and called me the next day to let me know everything went perfect and my car was ready to be picked up. He even gave me a bag of cookies. I just want to thank Dan and Kevin for their excellent customer service, and I will continue to come back to Phillips Chevrolet for all of my service needs. Thanks again, Jim More
