Repair wasn’t completed properly (wire hanging down and visible at speaker location that was repaired. Additionally, oil and grease were left on rear armrest and on my suit jacket (which was hung in back w visible at speaker location that was repaired. Additionally, oil and grease were left on rear armrest and on my suit jacket (which was hung in back when I dropped off car. Note: tech had folded it on back seat and the used it to rest knee or hand - getting grease/oil on my suit - ruining it. 20min after leaving, I noted issues, and returned immediately. Jared Gooch and Christopher (in service) put me in a loaner and corrected the issue with the car - but have not returned text and phone call per the suit that your team ruined. I don’t want to get litigious, and take to social media, but will pursue this route if issue isn’t addressed and resolved. I have texted both Jared Gooch and Christopher (in service), as well as called and left phone messages for Jared. I have owned several businesses, and know mistakes happen - the lack of dealing with those mistakes (in timely fashion) is what exacerbates the issues at hand. Dan MacDonald did an amazing job working with us as we were looking for a car. We dealt with a handful of dealers (mainly Mercedes) in the Orlando area and had the worst experience with them. Ferman had were looking for a car. We dealt with a handful of dealers (mainly Mercedes) in the Orlando area and had the worst experience with them. Ferman had exactly the car we were looking for at a less expensive price than Orlando dealers and even though they were 2 hours away Dan did such a great job virtually showing us the car and answering questions that we drove to see it. Dan went above and beyond- sent a personalized video showing us the car, kept in touch, and was not pushy at all - he even offered to meet us halfway to give us a test drive. once we got to the dealership Dan had the car ready and all the staff were very friendly. Any question we had, Dan immediate went to find out an honest an complete answer- even grabbed a mechanic from their shop to give us more information. Dan is a man of his word and came through with everything he said he would. I highly recommend Dan and Ferman- even if you live out of the Tampa area. Dan is the man! More
