Dan MacDonald did an amazing job working with us as we were looking for a car. We dealt with a handful of dealers (mainly Mercedes) in the Orlando area and had the worst experience with them. Ferman had exactly the car we were looking for at a less expensive price than Orlando dealers and even though they were 2 hours away Dan did such a great job virtually showing us the car and answering questions that we drove to see it. Dan went above and beyond- sent a personalized video showing us the car, kept in touch, and was not pushy at all - he even offered to meet us halfway to give us a test drive. once we got to the dealership Dan had the car ready and all the staff were very friendly. Any question we had, Dan immediate went to find out an honest an complete answer- even grabbed a mechanic from their shop to give us more information. Dan is a man of his word and came through with everything he said he would. I highly recommend Dan and Ferman- even if you live out of the Tampa area. Dan is the man! More

As this was an out of state, sight unseen purchase, I relied on the team to represent the car accurately. And they did with multiple calls and a detailed FaceTime video tour of the car. Super easy. There was a slight discrepancy in the numbers and I took a chance on reaching out after hours and was amazed to have reached Aaron who then resolved the issue and everything was finished up the next day electronically. The car arrived yesterday and it is PERFECT! I had never purchased a car this way before and I was a bit nervous about it... I would totally do it again with Ferman BMW. Thanks guys! : ) More

BEST car buying experience EVER! I was very politely greated when entering the showroom and introduced to Dan whom I had an appoint with.
