As this was an out of state, sight unseen purchase, I relied on the team to represent the car accurately. And they did with multiple calls and a detailed FaceTime video tour of the car. Super easy. There was a slight discrepancy in the numbers and I took a chance on reaching out after hours and was amazed to have reached Aaron who then resolved the issue and everything was finished up the next day electronically. The car arrived yesterday and it is PERFECT! I had never purchased a car this way before and I was a bit nervous about it... I would totally do it again with Ferman BMW. Thanks guys! : ) More

BEST car buying experience EVER! I was very politely greated when entering the showroom and introduced to Dan whom I had an appoint with. I was Very pleased that he was not the Stereotypical "Car Salesm greated when entering the showroom and introduced to Dan whom I had an appoint with. I was Very pleased that he was not the Stereotypical "Car Salesman". Dan was very easy-going, laid-back and very pleasant to talk to. There was Never any hard-pressure sales applied. My experience with Mickey, the sales manager, was also Very Pleasant! Very Personable and willing to make the extra effort to work with me to close the deal. I was also Very Fortunate to work with Joe, tre Finance Mngr, to complete the financing. He was A Lot of FUN, Great Sense of Humor!!! Honestly, Everyone I interacted with was Extremely Pleasant and Friendly. I had a Great Time during my WHOLE experience! I will Definitely be returning to Ferman BMW first for my next auto purchase!!!
