Purchase of Chrysler 300S I was brought into Ferman BMW by an old friend of mine John, and was initially introduced to Brian Crosato who was immediately very friendly and helpf I was brought into Ferman BMW by an old friend of mine John, and was initially introduced to Brian Crosato who was immediately very friendly and helpful. I was originally going to buy a used 2014 Acura but instead ended up buying a used 2016 Chrysler 300S with very low mileage and in near mint condition. As my situation was a little complicated as I have just emigrated back to the USA, my situation was unique in that I currently hold a foreign driver's license. The Chrysler I just purchased could not immediately be released to me until the staff at Ferman could verify that it was fully legal for me to drive my new car with my existing driver's license. During this time, a gentleman at Ferman called Dan Macdonald went out of his way to accommodate me, driving me from the dealership and accompanying me to the bank to get a cashier's check for the vehicle. Dan dropped me home later and the next day drove my new Chrysler over to my location. Dan and Brian greased the wheels for me and made everything so much easier. I highly recommend Ferman BMW. The folks there like Brian and Dan went out of their way to help me in my unique situation and were extremely professional. I made a couple new friends too. That is something that you cannot say of most dealerships and is the first time I can remember wherein I have personally experienced such sterling service and friendly support. We live out of town, so he was fast to answer questions and offered us a complete video of the car. He set up an inspection which saved us a lot of time. When we had questions, he would immediately text us with answers and photos. After we decided to buy the car and arrived in Palm Harbor, he took us for a test drive to help us get used to the car, and explained all of the features. He had all of our paperwork ready to go in advance, which made things so much faster. He made the delivery of the car very easy, and gave us further instructions. During this process, we could not have asked for a more professional and friendly person to help us. There was no pressure from him, just help, and we love our new (used) car. Five stars to Dan!
