FYI - Husband and I met with a different salesperson months ago, who showed NO interest/desire in selling a car. Quite honestly, not sure why he is considered a salesperson. During a subsequent revisit to the dealership, I ran into Declan in the used car area where he was handling multiple customers, and he went inside to ask for another salesperson to help us, which was the same person from months ago, and we had an even worse experience than the first time. I then decided to request an appointment directly with Declan, and the rest is history. I know it's not me, as I recently learned friends of ours had equally disappointing experience with the same salesperson we had tried to work with. More
