He made it really feel like personalized concierge service. Mr. Kalias is very knowledgeable about many aspects of the MB products as well as the inner workings of the dealership, including things that are outside of his purvey. He is a good guy to have in your court. Additionally, he went out of his way to make the purchase/pick up of the vehicle as fast and as smooth as possible. I couldn’t be happier. Mr. Kalias is very kind and professional. Highly recommend! More

Such a wonderful experience! Do not waste your time going to any other dealership - this is it. Eric Kalias, Daniel Baster, Oscar Yanes, Hugo Sanchez, and any one else I am forgetting who helps make up the wonderful team at Cutler Bay made my car buying process seamless and painless. I had been to 6 other dealerships (which were not Mercedes-Benz) and it had truly been a nightmare. Not only was every other dealership trying to extort over MSRP, they were also rude. From the second I walked in, Cutler Bay was different and they now have a lifelong customer out of me. Eric was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. 10 out of 10 stars. More

Worst dealerships I've ever dealt with and I buya minimum of 4 cars a year. Still waiting on our GLA35 registration from Sept 18, 2021. Nothing but excuses. Not too mention the fact we were told it was brand of 4 cars a year. Still waiting on our GLA35 registration from Sept 18, 2021. Nothing but excuses. Not too mention the fact we were told it was brand new only to drive 12 hours one way to find out it was used and later to find out{well on the way home) the transmission failed and right window kept falling about 2" letting rain come in etc. Thanks for NOTHING. We got rid of it and put the wife in a NEW car and had the registration within a few days:) Everyone, stay as far away from this dealership as you can. Daniel Baster and Maribel Ramos are a joke. More
