He listened to what I wanted and to my budget, and delivered on all aspects of the process (evaluating my trade-in 2016 VW Jetta, getting the blue Taos that I really wanted, and at the price point that I could afford). In 8 years I’ve had two VWs, and I worked with Dan in buying both of them (the fact that I had my Jetta for 8 years is a testament to the Medford Colonial VW sales and service departments). Shopping for a new car is a stressful process for me, but Dan was a pleasure to work with. If/when I get my next new car, my first stop will be this dealership (and I hope Dan will still be there!).
