My sales person, Rebecca, was great. The main thing I didn’t like is the finance guy did not hold up things she said like free oil changes for 3 years but my contact said 2 a year. Also The main thing I didn’t like is the finance guy did not hold up things she said like free oil changes for 3 years but my contact said 2 a year. Also when I said multiple times I’d like to work with my credit union they insisted Kia financial had better rates…well come to find out my credit unions rate is 2% lower which is the difference in thousands of dollars in interest. I also need my floor mats put in correctly! More
