I have been coming to this dealership since 2016 - for service. I got my outback totaled on Halloween, so was looking for a new ride. Couldn't afford a replacement outback. Saw a 2013 (one year older) crosstrek while searching Tucson Subaru's website for used cars. Called Friday, talked to Daniel, said it was there. Told me a bit about it and emailed me. I called Monday but Daniel was out. Talked to his partner on internet sales, Esteban and asked if i could come by about 10am for a test drive, since Daniel didn't work until later. Test drove, accepted, filled out paperwork, and Esteban helped me return rental. Picked me up and waiting while i finished rental stuff. Was back at work by NOON. The car is everything they said it was. While picking me up at the rental, Esteban noticed gas was low and filled it up for me. They did a full clean before I drove off. This had to be the lowest price Subaru they have sold EVER. Not much profit on a 2013 used, but they treated me like i was buying a brand new car with the tent on top (has to be over $30K). They were just great. Then sent me a short thank you video via email. The boss emailed me seeing if i had a good experience. Gal doing my paperwork was just great. Professional, efficient - all of them. When i win the lottery i am coming back for the car with tent on the roof! LOL More
