Still waiting for my refund of $100 copay that I was lied to about needing to pay. I was still under warranty and this location told me I wasn’t, made me pay $100 so they could break my motor and had to brin to about needing to pay. I’m still looking to get a refund plus compensation for inconvenience from corporate. Everyone that attempted to rip me off at the Walker Ford Clearwater location needs to be fired. Dan Victory with his crack fund, and Vince for being an xxx. Don’t go to Clearwater Walker Ford, they will break your car and try to make you pay to fix it. St Pete Autonation Ford seems to be better, but I still have not got my car back or a refund so we will see. More

I needed a new tire that they did not have in stock but they were able to get the tire in early in the morning Department and this was no different. I have to say I have been to the “other” Ford dealership close by but no one can step toe to toe with Walker Ford. From the moment I first made contact with Don one of the service advisors I knew things wer close by but no one can step toe to toe with Walker Ford. From the moment I first made contact with Don one of the service advisors I knew things were going to be better. And better they were! I was a drive in customer with no appointment and I could not believe the attention I received after explaining my issues with my 2010 F150 Platinum. I was treated and payed attention to with my three problems, no one interrupted me and made me feel rushed. He explained everything they would do to diagnose and rectify the problems. Although I could not be completely taken care of that day I had no problems leaving my only mode of transportation over night because they have a comfortable well equipped lounge with comfortable seating as well as Starbucks type coffees there for you enjoy while waiting on their equally kind shuttle driver (Ralph) to bring me home to Countryside. Later that afternoon I got a phone call with an explanation to what they had discovered and how much it would be to repair. I wax then told they would have someone at my house with the first shuttle to bring me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. On top of that, after asking if they offered a military discount I was pleasantly surprised they did! Then the icing on the cake was when they brought my truck around the front I had a couple of additional questions and Don climbed under the truck to check it out. Very pleasant experience! I highly recommend Walker Ford!! More
