This dealership is the best in Pinellas County. I bought both cars here. Richard Van Peer and Shawna are really good they listen to our needs and we had no problem in pricing. Ryan the service manager took care of everything. His advisor Daniel, really cared about my concerns and the technician, Wayne, was neat and meticulous and the job he did was superb. My power windows wo advisor Daniel, really cared about my concerns and the technician, Wayne, was neat and meticulous and the job he did was superb. My power windows work like the car is New again. The door part fits perfectly and I am very satisfied with the follow-up and attention to detail that Ryan provided as the service manager. It's proof quality still exists. I will return again to Walker Ford that's for sure! More

Not happy someone who works there searched my car, unlocked and went in the glove box. I was in for a window repair and they put a half a mile on my car riding around. I brought it to service manage unlocked and went in the glove box. I was in for a window repair and they put a half a mile on my car riding around. I brought it to service managers attention he was not rude or inconsiderate to me but he seemed indifferent and not surprised. After parts come in and car is repaired, I will probably not return despite this was a referral from friend and neighbor who has bought several cars from you. More

Danny in the service dept and Dee in billing should be fired Danny in the repair area and Dee in where you pay your bill, they both need to be fired! I live in Tampa and have been leasing cars for years from Walker Ford and now I purchased a vehicle last year.. The service department is the best.
