I recently moved to Florida so my car and I had no history dealing with Walker Ford. Dealing with the service department could've been stressful but was handled very well by them even coming out of a history dealing with Walker Ford. Service is always outstanding, efficient, professional and well done. Dan, Ryan snd Steve are a pleasure to deal with. I brought my mom’s vehicle in for her maintenance. She has a Mazda CX5 but bought it at a dealer in California who is a Ford / Mazda dealer but sold her the ford maintenance and extended service agreement has a Mazda CX5 but bought it at a dealer in California who is a Ford / Mazda dealer but sold her the ford maintenance and extended service agreement which allowed her to take it anywhere. Walker Ford did a great job, I didn’t even need my copies of my contracts!! They handled my service quickly and efficiently including resetting my pesky service light that the dealer in California forgot yo reset before I came up here!! (Thank you Amy Andrisani!!) I also want to mention Dan Victory who took special care in wiping my vehicle down and sanitizing my vehicle before getting it back! My mom has COPD and on oxygen so thank you for your attention to detail and accuracy guys!!! More

Email reminder is welcomed. Easy checkin and personable advisor. Work completed in appropriate time. Overall experience good. Wish waiting room was more accomodating if new norm. Cleaner came through w advisor. Work completed in appropriate time. Overall experience good. Wish waiting room was more accomodating if new norm. Cleaner came through when I had been there for about an hr and briefly cleaned down some surfaces, leaving a table with coffee cup uncleaned. This is new so its understandable that training is still being done. While some effort was there it was apparent the cleaner did not have appropriate direction. While it may make little impact on the actual risk, what it demonstrates is Walker cares and shows staff is sensitive to all sides of the issue but will err on the side of containment. Only some staff wore face coverings.. ok but one woman was in and out through the wait area several times during my time there.. the mask is not for you... its for the at risk customer who may be elderly or have a risk. I would probably not visit the waiting room next time, opt for waiting outside where I have more control. THanks for reading. More

Had an issue getting someone to greet me in the service drive. I finally was able to flag someone down and they got me a service writer. My writer was on the phone. I never did meet him. My vehicle was tak drive. I finally was able to flag someone down and they got me a service writer. My writer was on the phone. I never did meet him. My vehicle was taken in on time and returned in about an hour. Very good. More
