My best friend recommended Danny to me, so I called to schedule an appointment. Danny was more than kind over the phone, and explained his day was already committed to existing appointments. Despite his already packed schedule, he walked the lot to see if a car that fit my needs was available. He found such a car, and promptly called me back to schedule an appointment with his colleague Grant. Grant was equally considerate and respectful throughout the buying process. He listened to my needs and did his best to make sure my entire wish list was filled, including the payment amount that fit comfortably into my budget. I am very happy with the service and with my new car! More

American Icon got me in the door, Danny sold us I had a very poor past experience with a Ford dealership in another state and subsequently the Ford Focus we purchased a number of years ago. Ford was the only brand that I refused to consider this next round. When we moved to Texas - Sam Pack's was the closest service center. I met Clay my first visit and he took such great care of me. I happened to pick up the book American Icon (all about the Ford turn around story) and it convinced me that the old Ford I didn't like wasn't the same as the Ford of today. I called Clay for a recommendation on a sales associate and he hooked me up with Danny. Danny was so wonderful to work with he end up trading it our second car and driving off with two new Fords. I never felt pressured, always supported. Would highly recommend this duo :) More

Best Car Buying Experiance Ever... Again I went to the car dealer due to having problems with 2015 F150 truck. Kevin Cunningham jump in to take care of my truck as soon as possible. I then explained my situation with Danny Forsee who I originally bought my truck from. I was really just ranting but he said that if we were not happy he and Mike Munden would help me into a new truck. After a little working on the financial side from both them and myself we worked out a deal we could both live with. Brandon Matthews got on the paperwork quickly and made sure all the T were crossed and I were dote. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2016 F150. I really feel that they went above and beyond anything any other dealer would to make my family happy again, even calling me on there days off. Whether its buying or servicing i will be returning here. I will defiantly be recommending them to anyone asking me for a salesman and explain to them the type of service they would receive from Sam Pack Ford Carrollton. Thanks Again. More

When the first car a 2008 Ford Focus I bought from Danny was totaled I knew the insurance company wasn't going to give me what my car was worth. I was so devastated to say the least. I called Danny Forsee and he assured me that he would find me another car that would be just as nice if not better. I hung up the phone feeling hopeful. Sure enough within a few days he called me and said he found the perfect car for me. and that he was holding it for me. I rushed to the Five Star Ford in Carrollton and sure enough Danny had found another perfect car for me. A 2007 Honda Civic with low miles and low payments.
