Fantastic Sales Experience Anthony Pilla was the entire reason I purchased my Subaru Forester. From the time I walked into the Sales Room and meet him I knew I would buy a car Anthony Pilla was the entire reason I purchased my Subaru Forester. From the time I walked into the Sales Room and meet him I knew I would buy a car from HIM. I didn't know anything about the dealership itself but his kindness to me was fantastic. It was a very strange story that lead me to Brewster Subaru and to be honest, in lieu of what I was going through, I felt ANTHONY was heaven sent. He was compassionate and treated me like a person, not a dollar sign. We walked outside to look at the possibilities and I felt like I had know him forever. He worked his magic, gave me a great deal and even went to his superior to get me some perks to make the deal more appealing. The dealership is immaculate, their service waiting area amazing and I have not met anyone that was anything but kind. Kudos to Anthony for making my purchase one that I do not regret.. I get so many compliments on my car. More

They offered amazing customer service, listened to my wants/needs and went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. They made sure to create a connection with my fiancé and I to make us feel like “part of the family” right away. I had noticed super salesman Fred Fogel when at the dealership. He has a very soft spoken and kind demeanor. I knew I would fell comfortable discussing a new purchase with him. How right I was! Fred expertly guided me through the process and found me an excellent deal on a preowned car. Working with Fred is more like being with an old friend. Far from the stereotype of a Used Ca salesman. Rich Johnson, the Manager, was also excellent to deal with. I highly recommend Brewster Subaru. More

Bad service Took my car in for the valve spring recall and didn't ask for anything else. The car was returned to me with greasy fingerprints all over the hood. The ABS, hill assist and stability control lights came on after driving a mile down the road. Didn't take it back as I was in a hurry to get to work. Now the car lights up randomly (same 3 lights) after a hard brake. The car had no problems before it went to these guys. I'm definitely not going back to these hacks even though they were very polite. Hope they at least did a good job with the springs. And they have the nerve of sending me 2 emails to consider buying a new car from them and trade my car in. Not happening. More

When I asked her to not call me while I was making a decision she did not. When I called Robyn she always responded quickly. When I did finally make a decision as to which car I was going to buy I was very specific. Brewster did not have the car. I didn't want to order a car because I wanted to take advantage of the current finance promotion. Robyn found the car right away and made everything simple. We will continue to service our Subaru's at Brewster Subaru Danny, Anthony and Dominic. They are very friendly and always make sure that our cars are well taken care of. More
