Rich is the one who leaves you with a warm and fuzzy feeling about the whole experience at Brewster Subaru. it's so easy to be happy about this purchase in his presence. Patrick is helpful and eager to talk about the mechanical and electronic features of the different models. Danny and Anthony listen, fix and explain, service at Brewster Subaru is seamless. And Nelson has put together an extraordinary team and best of all he both remembers and keeps his promises in spite of his overbooked schedule. Good character and Integrity are the keywords to describe the climate at Brewster Subaru. the only downside is that their vehicles are so reliable I only get to see them twice a year. My ideal "job" would be a buyers' agent for individuals desiring a Subaru so I can have a reason to interact with this team more often. More

Taken care of Recently I needed a new transmission for my 2013 outback as well as a few other things. The service department got the work done and because it took several days to get and install the new transmission they did not charge me for the parking light bulb they replaced.
