What you should expect I have had the unfortunate luck to have to replace 2 cars in two months. After shopping on line and from dealership to dealership I landed at Brewste I have had the unfortunate luck to have to replace 2 cars in two months. After shopping on line and from dealership to dealership I landed at Brewster Subaru, not for 1 car but 2. This dealership's staff was and is for the most professional, curious crew. And for the salesmen Fred, well I felt like I got a friend in the business. He walked me twice thru the process of buying the cars and helping with all the curves and caveats that goes into purchasing a new car. I wasn't a Subaru fan, but I am now due to The Staff and Fred at Brewster Subaru. More

My 2019 Impreza 2.0i Premium Sedan Experience Fred Fogel and the team at Brewster Subaru did a great job all around. I came in knowing what I wanted and Fred helped make sure I got exactly that. A Fred Fogel and the team at Brewster Subaru did a great job all around. I came in knowing what I wanted and Fred helped make sure I got exactly that. At no time was anyone pushy with me or in a rush, and I was offered a fair price for my trade-in vehicle. I live closer to other Subaru dealerships but I chose Brewster for their reputation and it's held up. This was a great car buying experience! More

Anthony Got Me a New Subaru!!! I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of Brewster Subaru! I had gone to another local dealership and I felt rushed and extr I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of Brewster Subaru! I had gone to another local dealership and I felt rushed and extremely uncomfortable there. My research let me to Brewster Subaru and I was able to make an appointment to look at some pre-owned Subarus. Anthony Pilla was my hero! He showed me all the cars I wanted to see and even provided me with fair price. He was so nice and made me laugh during the whole process. I felt like I was sitting in his living room talking to an old friend, that is how amazing he was! When my car was finally ready, Rich helped me with the paperwork and he was just as awesome! On a side note I was having a dilemma the day I was to pick up my car and both Anthony and Rich were considerate and helped anyway they could. I would recommend Brewster Subaru to anyone. Thank you for putting me a safe and reliable car. xoxo Danny Gomes was also a help to me as well. I had my windshield wiper duct taped around the blade because my husband and I could not put it on properly. He was able to fix it now our Crosstrek can be driven without reason for concern!!! More

Returned 2016 WRX lease for new 2019 WRX Limited Excellent experience at Brewster Subaru. Sales and service people extremely friendly and personable and they facilitated a very smooth transaction with returning prior lease and picking up new car. I sat down with the same gentleman (A. Pilla) that I’ve known for 3 years and he helped me build my 2019 WRX with all the upgrades I wished and the car arrived sooner than expected in immaculate condition with all ordered specifications. Another super guy (R. Johnson) walked me through the financials and paperwork effortlessly. Overall, an easy going and enjoyable experience for the second time in 3 years. I highly recommend Brewster Subaru as the premiere dealership in the Hudson Valley area. More

Great Experience / Great Customer Service I dropped my Subaru Legacy off for an oil change, recall issue and AC issue on Wednesday evening for a Thursday appointment. As I requested, Danny cal I dropped my Subaru Legacy off for an oil change, recall issue and AC issue on Wednesday evening for a Thursday appointment. As I requested, Danny called before starting any work to give me a ballpark price and when everything was said and done, they were right on the nose. He also mentioned that everything else on the car looked great and no additional services were needed. This might seem small, but to me it's huge that I wasn't given an up-sell or pushed to have unnecessary services performed on my vehicle. The icing on the cake is that, when I explained to Danny I had no way of picking my car up (my Husband is working 14+ hours a day right now) he offered to drop it off to me at my house! That is an incredible gesture and so very appreciated. Thank you, Brewster Subaru for helping a customer out and going above and beyond. More

Best cars I have ever owned. Robyn is the very best. I got rear ended in my 2010 outback and the insurance company deemed it a total loss. She addressed all of my concerns and sent me off in the best car I have ever owned. More

Robyn Rey Rocks the sales experience This was the second time I purchased a car from Brewster Subaru and with Robyn Rey as the salesperson..Robyn is Awesome. She patiently went thru t This was the second time I purchased a car from Brewster Subaru and with Robyn Rey as the salesperson..Robyn is Awesome. She patiently went thru the process of buying a new car and trading i my old Outback. She made everything so easy and I feel gave me a very good deal on both the trade in and new Forester. Never did I feel pressured. Upon delivery she set up a lot of things for me such as Sirrus radio stations I enjoy and went thru the Navigation process. Robyn was very friendly and put me at ease when I first sat down at her desk and told her I wanted to buy a Forrester. I had very much the same experience 6 yrs ago when I bought the Outback. Robyn goes the extra mile. This was the first car I bought alone in 50 years so I was a bit apprehensive..but Robyn gave me a sense that she had my back. I also have always been satisfied with theur Service Department....courteous and in time service. This is why I gave Robyn Rey 5 stars..she deserves it and if there were 6 stars I would t hesitate to give her that rating More

Maggie Parylak was my first contact since she responded immediately to my internet search and introduced me to Fred Fogel. Fred made my experience leasing a 2018 Outback a very easy process. He was great about explaining all the bells and whistles and even could answer my future concerns! I am sure he will probably hear from me with additional questions but right now, I am just enjoying driving this car. Patrick was very helpful with my questions about some issues at DMV and Danny helped me understand a little more about some technical aspects. Rich was also very helpful about extras I could consider _ once I signed those papers, I was on my way. I have already told my friends about your exceptional customer service. More
