Better than expected I was told that dealers in NWA don’t give you the best price because NWA has so much money so I shopped around. With the 1.9% financing offer I ended I was told that dealers in NWA don’t give you the best price because NWA has so much money so I shopped around. With the 1.9% financing offer I ended up getting a better deal than anywhere else I looked, including the tri-state area. More

Kenny made the overall experience outstanding and I enjoyed talking to him throughout the process. The car I purchased had to be brought in from another dealer, which only took a day, yet Steve Landers still met the target price I had in mind. Kenny is a fantastic individual and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota. More

Most dealerships rush the sale and are really pushy at doing add-ons to the purchase. At Steve Landers, they make you aware of extended warranties, gap insurance, etc. but they aren’t pushy. Most importantly, everyone that we have worked with there goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. More

My salesman (Eric Perkins) listened to what I wanted, and provided me with multiple options... and then some. It truly was like buying a car from a longtime friend. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I felt like he was doing everything possible, to make the “deal I wanted” happen. The dealership was fantastic, and fair, but for me... the salesman is what will determine if I purchase a vehicle or not. Needless to say, I drove away in a beautiful vehicle. I definitely recommend this dealership, and will absolutely check with Eric first, when I’m in the market again. More
