As I was searching for a SUV, I looked online and several. I reached out to BMW of SLO and heard back from Scott Inman with a video saying hello and a tour of the car I was looking at online. Parts couldn’t fix my spoiler on my brand new car that was falling off. Three different appointments and still couldn’t. Hilariously sad. Anyway, service manager wouldn’t do anything about the overspray I was falling off. Three different appointments and still couldn’t. Hilariously sad. Anyway, service manager wouldn’t do anything about the overspray I found and the calcium deposit on the rear window, indicating repairs. On a brand “new” car. Sold new damaged goods. The last straw was when Tony Vital, a SA, tried charging me $2,800 or so on a part that was supposedly causing my front left tires toe measurement to be off. So it was driving pretty bad. Tony tried to pull a fast one. I know he gets a cut. I of course didn’t go through with it. Found the part online for $398. Some lack character and respect, nothing new. BMW makes amazing cars, it’s a shame some people cannot have ownership of one without the ill advised tactics used by the places that sell them. All they do is sell them, that’s it. At least in my experience. Hope this helps someone. More
