Darren Van Orden is the best at fitting me in when I have had an emergency situation. He tells me exactly what I need when I come in for regular maintenance and never tries to talk me into replacing anythin had an emergency situation. Over the past 20 years, I have purchased at least three Ford Escapes from Cortese Ford. Serena Andryewski was the best Sales Associate that I have met so far. Serena was very patient and kind and informative as she walked with me through the buying process. I give Serena and Darren Van Orden 5 Star Ratings. When I get ready to buy my next SUV, I will look for Serena and Dan at Cortese, because I know I will get excellent service and a great vehicle. It was great to get a follow-up text from Lisa Godar and Michelle Reed, just to see if I had any questions. More

The communication was really bad. I needed my car back and called 6 times on Saturday after being told Friday morning that I would be called if the part was in or not. I made it clear I needed my car back and called 6 times on Saturday after being told Friday morning that I would be called if the part was in or not. I made it clear that I really needed to be called bc I would pick my car up Saturday even if it wasn’t done. Also at one point the dodge collision called me and said they didn’t have my car.. cost was $100 over estimate too. Mostly I’m really upset about the lack of communication and how hard it was to know what was going on. Tuesday was my first day back at work for the school year and I had to Uber because I hadn’t heard about my car. Had to call a lot of times on Tuesday before I finally was told that it was being worked on. When I called at 9:15 Darren said he would get my paper work and call me right back… I called him back at 12:45 after waiting and also texting him at 12. Just really stressful and frustrating experience with awful communication. More

I was very disappointed with my service this visit. I had a 7:30 appointment and did not have any info back until the next day. After that it took 4 more days to get my truck back. This was also for brake service on a wheel that had just been serviced 4.5 months prior. I was charged again for pads and rotor. I had to call for updates and quite often my calls would not be returned. I also left a message for the service manager about not getting updates or my calls returned and never heard back from him either. I understand being busy but it doesn't take that long for a quick update call. More
