I’m had an awful experience here. We scheduled for a diagnostic, made sure it would cover figuring out the problem with my car. It’s nice we got there the man helping us Dat or le (Br We scheduled for a diagnostic, made sure it would cover figuring out the problem with my car. It’s nice we got there the man helping us Dat or le (Brian) on his name tag, started by talking to me because it was my car. Once he noticed my boyfriend he asked his name. After that he only would look at my boyfriend and addressed my boyfriend before me (the owner of the car) EVERY TIME. Once we got the car in there waited about 2 hours we where called back and surprise they have to charge us even more to pull out a spark plug, and again this hole time Dat is only looking at my boyfriend and talking to him but it is ONLY MY CAR. After agreeing to pay another $300+ to pull out a spark plug we went and waited during this time when Dat would pass my and my boyfriend he only talked to my bf even though he passed us both and said his car would be ready soon. I found this to be sexist and rude, I am the soul owner of that car and at the very least he should let us both know. After another 2 hour wait we were called back again and told my car is done for (I know it was coming and was ready for that) he only addressed by boyfriend again. Once we where done I asked why he was only refuting to my boyfriend he said he had no idea what I was talking about and where these actuations where coming from. He couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car at all I asked for specifics like what part is broke and no where was I able to get that information not the paper work given or from Dat. I was told my car was dead but not what was actually wrong with him. I had my hopes on getting a new Prius since mine was done for but after that awful sexist and rude experience I left and got a Jeep. Do not go here if you are a woman or don’t want to be discriminated against. And on top of all of that all the lace played was Fox News showing purely propaganda nonsense. Don’t go here. Jeep was much nicer to deal with. More
