I had a problem with my car when I left for work in the morning and when I finished work I wasn't sure what to do because I didn't have an appointment. I took a chance and went to Herb Chambers anyway and morning and when I finished work I wasn't sure what to do because I didn't have an appointment. I took a chance and went to Herb Chambers anyway and was greeted by people who were understanding. Brian listened to my story and knew exactly what to do. The mechanic put my car on a machine and then asked me questions about several things and as of now my car is running very well. I bought my car at Herb Chambers and always have it serviced there. I am totally satisfied with every visit. I actually spoke with Kennedy Lidonde and he ensured me to stop by with questions or concerns. Thank you. More

My first visit to HCT this week was pleasant and the services rendered- some standard maintenance and an alignment- were handled in good time while I waited in the comfortable wings and caught up some e services rendered- some standard maintenance and an alignment- were handled in good time while I waited in the comfortable wings and caught up some email and Bruins hi lights. HCT is closer to home than the dealership my vehicle came from and I was happy to have had a solid experience giving them the work I needed done. I think HCT will be my Toyota dealer going forward.
