My first visit to HCT this week was pleasant and the services rendered- some standard maintenance and an alignment- were handled in good time while I waited in the comfortable wings and caught up some e services rendered- some standard maintenance and an alignment- were handled in good time while I waited in the comfortable wings and caught up some email and Bruins hi lights. HCT is closer to home than the dealership my vehicle came from and I was happy to have had a solid experience giving them the work I needed done. I think HCT will be my Toyota dealer going forward. The individual who received me wouldn’t listen to my request and kept asking if I bought the car at the dealership yet he had computer to notice,he doesn’t know simple features if certain vehicles have request and kept asking if I bought the car at the dealership yet he had computer to notice,he doesn’t know simple features if certain vehicles have auto start,finally he brought me a diagnostic I didn’t request with hefty charges and simple lies,I wasn’t told Toyota Avalon auto start expires until I read on line I wanted it restored since it doesn’t kick when I try,there wasn’t tire rotation after service! Am perplexed however… More
