The man at the top, Jeff, keeps the service area moving, clean, and professional. My maintenance service was really quick today, maybe 30 minutes. That is from drop off to in the car driving away. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the entire group with considering weather and allowing me to not leave the building to get in my car to drive away, really top service. Thank you all. More

I went and got an oil change at the dealership and everything went ok until my next oil change. I decided to do it myself and found they had put the oil filter cap on so tight I cannot get it off. The plastic filter cap is breaking apart and hasn’t budged at all. Now I’m stuck with no vehicle and out of work until I somehow find a way to get it off. More
