Bought a brand new Honda Oddyess. The sales team was friendly and over the top helpful. I was so excited until I actually started driving the car. Overall team experience here. Dave April was my sales person, but the whole team supported everyone. From food offerings by Paula in sales at just the right time, to check in's by Bob in management, to t person, but the whole team supported everyone. From food offerings by Paula in sales at just the right time, to check in's by Bob in management, to the finance department and Marsha taking time to find info about maintenance plans while Dave was busy with another customer, the whole team seemed to support each other. Be sure to do your research and have a price in mind when you start talking. A lot of additional warranties are offered and can be very valuable if you know what you need and how it all fits together. My vehicle is highly warrantied, which did add some significant costs up front, but as I drive 30k miles per year, those warranties are so worth it to me! I appreciated the explanations of those warranties from Dave and from Marsha. More

Dave was great to deal with and it was a no pressure buying experience. I like the way the dealership put the price and information about the vehicle on the window of the vehicle. I spent a month shopping around and other dealers push leasing and do not want to talk about the price of the vehicle. They only talk about monthly payments. This was not the case here.
