Best Experience Buying a New Car I was looking for a compact SUV and visited other dealerships to explore the various brands of cars in approximately the same price range. Dave Paolino greeted me when I arrived at Sullivan Honda unannounced. He spent a lot of time with me even though he understood I was going to look at other cars. He was attentive to my needs and patient and thorough in answering my many questions. I never got the feeling of being pushed into a purchase as I did at other dealerships. However Dave kept in touch and always offered to address any concerns I had. He went beyond the call of duty when he engaged the manager and staff in the Parts department to make certain a new Honda CRV could accommodate my kayak carrier. I so appreciate the concern and professionalism that Dave, David (in Parts Dept) and the manager of the Parts Dept showed me which resulted in my purchase of a new CRV EX. More

Air Bag Recall After bringing my Honda Pilot in for an air bag recall, I was shown the work order and was told that my radiator was leaking and it needed to be repla After bringing my Honda Pilot in for an air bag recall, I was shown the work order and was told that my radiator was leaking and it needed to be replaced at a cost of 700-800 dollars. Of course being a woman and knowing nothing about cars, I panicked. Since I didnt have the money to fix it on me at the time, I immediately left there and went to my mechanic to schedule an appointment and have it checked out. Nothing was wrong with my radiator and it wasn't leaking at all. I certainly won't be going back there when I purchase a new Pilot. More
