Had another great experience at a Crown dealership. This will be me 4 car from them. 2 Honda’s a Mercedes and now a Buick Envision. Had a great demo and test drive from my salesman Boris Cehic. I would never do buisness with Boris or Crown Buick ever again, and look forward to letting anyone looking to purchase to stay away. I took deliver late on a Friday nite and the following morning in daylite I noticed the ding, when I mention it to them, not even asking for them to be responsble there first reply was "too bad" then said they would get back to me and never did, I even said I would pay for it, again "too bad".
