I had an appointment for 10am, I was told should be done by noon. So we walked around a couple hours and came back. The person helping me told me your car should be ready soon. Then I found out that my car by noon. So we walked around a couple hours and came back. The person helping me told me your car should be ready soon. Then I found out that my car hadn't even been looked at. I told him I need to talk to the manager. He said ok. Then went and sat at in an office so I walked over and said you must be the manager you and I spoke yesterday about how you wanted me back as a regular customer again. He said yes I remember so what's going on? I said I had an appointment at 10 and it is now noon. I was told my car will be ready soon and it hasn't even been looked at. I know I am here for a recall and you are probably skipping me for paying jobs but I don't have a choice I have to come here since it is a recall. He told me of course we aren't skipping your car it's our work flow. I will go look to see what's going on right now. All of a sudden the service rep came back and told me my car will be done in 15 to 20 if I would like a free car wash it will be longer. I told him no I just want my car. Got my car in 10. I guess it wasn't a work flow issue after all. More

The Most Friendliest and customer friendliest environment! They ensure all we need is taken care of! We went in to return a lease and ended up buying the new Nissan Frontier SV. At the time, I wanted the Midnight edition or the Pro 4X. Neither was available but Nissan of Torrance did us one better, they actually agreed to customize my 2023 Frontier to make it the midnight edition. There was a dent found on the front of the hood and that was repaired as well. They added the all season floor mats as well as installed my bed cover. I have always heard of car sales people making promises and not living up to it, but not Nissan of Torrance, they under promise and over delivered! At this location, we feel at home with everyone here, this for me is what makes being in this dealership differ from others. More

My new 2022 Armada demo started to sound like a semi truck so I took it into the dealership and worked with Rick Burns. I mentioned that I also had an issue with my audio unit skipping stations when I t truck so I took it into the dealership and worked with Rick Burns. I mentioned that I also had an issue with my audio unit skipping stations when I toggled between the pre-set stations. His guys were able to identify a faulty fan clutch and a audio reprogramming for the radio. They didn't have the parts but they did offer me a loaner which was very helpful. 2 days later I got a text message that my car was ready. Streamline and perfect service. Thank you Nissan of Torrance. More
