I have always had a great experience but not this time. It was the man that helped me. All I can say is I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. As I was checking out, I told him I had a coupon. He immediately stated, he now had to reprint my invoice and I needed to step aside until he could take care of it. He then walked away and I was told to always tell them first that I have a coupon. I felt as though I was a huge inconvenience to him. I own a retail business and presenting a coupon should not be an inconvenience. I think his attitude started when I did not want to do the 90,000 mike -$500 complete checkup. I have never felt so scolded as I did that day. Now deciding if I need to go somewhere else after 10+ years at your shop. Plus my service light is still on after my oil change. I don’t want to go back. More

They have great customer service but there prices are little out there. For example I needed a new key, to have my car towed to the Kennesaw location cost $200 ( I live 10 minutes w) plus maintenance fee little out there.
