We went to multiple dealerships before going with Elk Grove, and it ultimately came down to Elk Grove's ability to tailor the buying experience to our specific needs. They had the car we wanted in stock, Grove, and it ultimately came down to Elk Grove's ability to tailor the buying experience to our specific needs. They had the car we wanted in stock, Rich got us in and out the door during the sales process with incredible speed (we live 2+ hours away, so he knew we wanted the process to be fast), finance was fast and easy, and they matched the price we'd been quoted by other dealers without a ton of superfluous back and forth. We went to a couple dealerships before this and even bought a car at carmax. With all bad service. Came to Subaru and was immediately greeted by sales reps who walked through the options with us and I e bought a car at carmax. With all bad service. Came to Subaru and was immediately greeted by sales reps who walked through the options with us and I ended up ordered a 2023 Impreza with Alex. He kept tabs on me letting me know of any Impreza’s that were becoming available and got me a car 2 weeks earlier than the expected arrival! 10/10 service, and definitely will be a return member of this Subaru dealership. More

Marissa helped get me into a car I love in less than 12 hours. She was so fast and responsive with communication and really seemed to care about making sure I had a positive experience at the dealership. S hours. She obviously cares about her job a lot and I felt like I was buying from someone I could trust. I also worked with Dave who walked me through the paperwork in a really clear way and helped me work out a monthly payment that fits my needs. Both of them were incredibly kind and this was easily the best dealership experience I've ever had. I would go out of my way to keep doing business with them. More
