My Daughter mentioned her husband recently purchased two trucks from Bob Nemri and highly recommended him. I called Bob and he was non-pressure, patient, and friendly. The order process was straight forward, quick, and had no up-charge! While waiting for our truck delivery, we obtained financing through our Leander. 5 Star Ford asked if they could try to beat our approved interest rate and they did by almost a point. The finance officer presented a honest-no hassle review of their offer while providing various options for our selection. When our truck arrived we decided to get several upgrades installed which was completed in one day. We were shocked how fast they were able to turn our truck. I have purchased 5 Ford vehicle through the years and this was the only enjoyable purchase experience we have ever had. Good service is always a good reflection of leadership and management of the business itself. Unfortunately, Juan became ill right before we were to come pick up the vehicle (we live 300 miles away), but he contacted us and set us up with Hector in sales. Hector was absolutely stellar in making us feel welcome, explaining the car and its features, and helping us get everything finalized. We never felt rushed or uninformed at anytime through the whole process. We had a top notch experience with Juan and Hector and they have a customer for life with us. More
