Alfred greeted us in a friendly manner, and we felt comfortable with him. We gave him the details of the truck we were looking for and he immediately found two that would "fit the bill." With his assistance we chose one of those trucks and "the process" started. It was actually pain-free for which we were grateful. He was very knowledgeable regarding the specifics of the vehicle and had accurate answers to our questions. What a pleasant experience overall! Alfred is not pushy, and we were most appreciative for this. We sealed the deal and drove home in a great truck. We would highly recommend him as a salesman. Great guy!! More

Decided to check them out first and made my decision that the car would be purchased from them based on the non aggressive sales team and the reasonable pricing (I did visit other dealerships, but that was just for looking at other cars). My sales person Destenee Dowd was very helpful and not pushy as I have come to expect from other sales persons, made the experience memorable. Even had a pleasant experience in finance with David Hill, did not try to sell me extra crap that I did not want, again not the norm for car dealerships. When it comes time for a new Ford in the future Five Star Ford will be seeing me again. More

She always kept in touch even when I wasn't in the market. I would not buy a new car from anyone else, however since my last purchase she has moved into management and was unable to sell me a new car (sigh). In fact I was really worried I wouldn't get the same service from someone else. Fortunately my worries were put at ease as Ollie Jackson continued our experience of great customer service at Five Star Ford. Ollie was great!! I would highly recommend buying a car from Ollie. Employee’s don’t show loyalty and stay as long as Ricky has if the company does not respectfully show the same loyalty to them. So I had my starting point. When I first meet Lee Clanton I was pleasantly surprised that he did not remind me of what a car sales person use to be like in my past which was smothering. I understand that Five Star Ford like all business opens its doors every day to make a profit. Lee Clanton in sales and David Hill in finance never made me feel that that’s what it was all about. My decision to lease a new vehicle from Five Star Ford was easy. Lee gave me great information regarding the different styles and packaged accessories available along with the bottom line on what a vehicle would cost me. At the end of the day Five Star Ford won my business. More
