I had the pleasure of working with Saw on putting together a deal for a 2018 Jaguar XFS wagon. I inquired online for availability and set up a same day appointment to check out this vehicle, when I a together a deal for a 2018 Jaguar XFS wagon. I inquired online for availability and set up a same day appointment to check out this vehicle, when I arrived was promptly greated by Saw and was able to thoroughly check out the car and the dealer provided the most current CarFax, showing me pages upon pages of service on this 91k mile Jaguar. The car was impeccable, well maintained with service records and detailed to perfection, picking the car up the dealer will maintain a ceramic coating for the life of you owning the vehicle so as an owner we are not worried about Arizona hard water spots. Even financing was easy peasy, asked for more on the vehicle I’m trading in and was granted without the need of negotiation. 2018 91k mile Jaguar, the dealer was able to help provide a bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle covering just about everything on the car, and after using it am so glad I did. As requested to the dealer to have a broken ac vent in the car, they had the parts ordered and delivered to the dealership, just had to setup an appointment with them for installation and was out after 1.5 hours of labor and they got the car washed for me while I was there. All in all, I have never had such an amazing and well thought out time at a car dealership as I did at Certified Benz & Beemer. Saw especially was a professional and was able to answer all my questions about the car and provided carfax and helped negotiate my current trade in value. They even follow up via email to ensure the car is maintained with the service team. 100/100 service from this dealership. More

I have been looking for a particular car for months and finally found it, online, at Benz and Beemers. The problem, I thought, was that I was in Mississippi and it was in Arizona. The moment I connected with Tim Smith and let him know my situation, I was cared for as any VIP customer would expect. He sent a full 360 hand shot video of the car, he talked about the pros and the cons and worked with me every step of the way to assure me that it was what I was looking for. They got the best financing for me and provided a quality warranty that I could use wherever i was driving the car. I can definitely see why they have so frequently been rated the best in the state. To be honest, this process has connected me with dealerships all across the country and no one has surpassed my experience there. The car was delivered as promised, it was as beautiful and clean as Tim showed me and led me to expect. The3 day guarantee gave me peace of mind to be able to give it a real test drive and, unfortunately, as a very tall woman, I found that it just was not the right fit. There was not one moment of hesitation or concern when I said I would need to return it. I found a delivery company and it was so smooth, unbelievable. I’m in search for another car to replace that one and Tim remains my partner in the process. He has a better idea of what i need and has suggested many options to me. This, my friends is Disney level service. I can’t imagine ever getting a car from anywhere else. EVER. More

This is a review im making that im not being rushed to make.I bought a 2007 corvette in june of 2025. vehicle had no warranty other than the 3 days or 500 miles. I bought the car on a Saturday and by Sund make.I bought a 2007 corvette in june of 2025. vehicle had no warranty other than the 3 days or 500 miles. I bought the car on a Saturday and by Sunday I realized the power steering did not work after car was driven for enough time to warm it up. contacted the dealership on Monday to let them know of the problem. The response was they would get back with me.A day later they gave me the number to a local shop. this whole time my time is running out to return the car. After not being able to drive the car all week it was finaly in the shop thursday for evaluation. And complamentary inspection. I finnaly got word on the following Monday that the car needed a 2500.00 power steering replacement plus about 5000.00 of other work. Two days latter they agreed to take care of the power steering But I was on the hook for everything else. Some would say I should have paid for the extended warranty. The warranty was going to cost over 6000.00 on a 25500.00 car. I traded in a car that they said I was 2000.00 in the red on. So my cost should have been 27500.00. I gave them 5000.00 down payment and by the time they got everything approved was almost a month after I got the car. It was financed through someone diffrent than they said it would be and at a higher rate. they called me at work and had me complete new paperwork on my phone during my lunch hour. Needless to say I did not have time to read all the paper work due to being at work. I should have just refused to sign but I already had 5000.00 worth of work done to the car. So my 25500.00 car cost me 38000.00. It would have been more but after paying my second payment I decided to pay it off to not get hit with all that interest. More
