When I came last year, I was given the option to be ubered to a coffee shop. Also, I felt like last year was better for my oil change. A worker called me and wrote a list of upcoming things my car woul ubered to a coffee shop. Also, I felt like last year was better for my oil change. It made me wonder if they actually looked at my car or just changed the oil and left. I usually drive from Buckhead to come here because I trust them and I can be taken to a coffee shop. I called to make an appointment to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service, Sarah Jaramililo answered my call and said I could bring it Thursday morning and it would looked at by Friday. I arrived at 8 Cherokee for service, Sarah Jaramililo answered my call and said I could bring it Thursday morning and it would looked at by Friday. I arrived at 8:00 am Thursday and spoke with Sarah again. She is very friendly. I received a text within the hour stating my car had already gone through diagnosis, stated the problem and cost to fix. I approved the work I wanted done via text and my car was ready by 11:30. It was seamless and a great experience. I highly recommend Sarah and the team. More
