I called to make an appointment to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service, Sarah Jaramililo answered my call and said I could bring it Thursday morning and it would looked at by Friday. I arrived at 8 Cherokee for service, Sarah Jaramililo answered my call and said I could bring it Thursday morning and it would looked at by Friday. I arrived at 8:00 am Thursday and spoke with Sarah again. She is very friendly. I received a text within the hour stating my car had already gone through diagnosis, stated the problem and cost to fix. I approved the work I wanted done via text and my car was ready by 11:30.
